I’m currently editing a new romantic novel, Leave Nothing But Footprints. Eliot, the hero, is an environmental photographer and campaigner.
Footprints, is set mainly in Pembrokeshire and I wrote large sections of the first draft in Wales.
I’m starting to think it would be a really good idea to take another trip up there – for research purposes. I need to check that the wildflowers Jess, the heroine, is so fond of really grow where I’ve placed them, and will be blooming in May.
While I’m there, I can try out some of the delicous recipes Jess cooks in Eliot’s
campervan. (Yes, campervan and photographer, but I promise it’s not autobiographical!)
